2026 Wiley Journal Read & Publish (R&P) Offer – OPEN TO NEW PARTICIPANTS

Current Wiley Account Holders:

  • 110 eligible articles from VHLC member institutions published in Wiley hybrid journals during 2026 at no cost to the author
  • Access rights to all journals in the Wiley Online Library database (around 1316 titles) to all VHLC members who take up the offer
  • 3% increase on your previous spend [for those joining the deal]
  • APC discount for publishing Gold Open Access in fully OA journals
  • The current R&P deal covers 2026-2028: participating members must agree to participate for the entire 3 year deal period.
  • This deal includes fixed annual 3% uplifts for each year.

  • Wiley will contact you directly re licence documentation and invoicing.

Wiley’s Obook range covers a broad range of specialty areas within the medicine, nursing, psychology and life sciences areas.

There are three discounts on offer for VHLC members:

  1. 15% off title-by-title purchases (for any purchases invoiced before 30/4/2026)
  2. Top 15 most-used medicine & nursing titles in Australia
  3. Medicine & Nursing UBCM Collection

  • These titles are all DRM Free
  • Unlimited Concurrent User Access
  • Everything quoted is in USD
  • Standard Wiley licence agreements apply
  • Access via Wiley Online Library (WOL)
  • None of the titles are currently available as open access (OA)
  • These discounts are only available direct via Wiley
  • Perpetual ownership, no ongoing subscription fees (except for the UBCM, where you subscribe at the start of the 12 months and then use those funds to select titles for perpetual ownership at the end of the subscription)
